this was a sweet 4-wheeler they had but wern't alowed to use anymore Vrrrrrrroooooooommmmm see there is lots of room they are off ok see that mountian way over there, ya that is where our first moose kill was this is how we got our water
well we made it now we have to load up and get back there is the rack yummy he looks excited that is a big chunk of meat even bigger then Dehan (and it weighs more then him)
that was his first and last pack, he twisted his ankle on the next trip we took a lot of breaks it wasn't easy packing across the tundra we made it back after a 7 hour pack had lunch and went back for more Yikes bears a mother and cubs were out eating berries down from camp

yup we tied the meat to our pack frame and headed out well at least we won't go hungry and we kept going back for more? ya about 300lbs of meat there this is the south strip (where we spent a lot of our time) Dehan standing on the runway
there are a happy father and son cutting up some of there meat (both got moose) nice ok someone else got one and it was in the woods there is the guide with his clients kill not bad
i'm going to fly;-) ok now they shipped us to the New Strip to get 2 more moose out there is a hole we dug by shovel to make the runway yumm dinner time ya we built a fire (they don't do that up there?) but there aren't many trees so we had to look around a bit for wood

so i stalked it then he looked at me but i didn't move so it didn't know what i was ouch wouldn't want to touch that ain't he a cute porcupine yup it was pretty windy up there
well on my way back down the mountian i found this guy nice woods tundra this guy got a neat one ok he got a caribou 2 these guys got some nice ones
off to town 10min air time  25+miles from the lodge MVC-357F.JPG (42069 bytes) the goverment is really nice (just bought them all new houses) ya the runway is bigger then the town looks like someone had some trouble the town of Kivilina
and were off back home someone got a bear or is it a pig? look at all that fat ah it is a bear
grrrrrrrrr ouch that could hurt there is the skinners shack well we actually saw a sunrise it was pretty ahhh
